This means he has not left the chamber or eaten in the full 24 hours he’s spoken. Hell, he had his chair taken out so he wouldn’t be motivated to sit. The only breaks he received were when his colleagues asked purposely long questions so he could rest his voice.
I know the US feels like hell on earth right now, and in many ways it is, but this is proof that not every politician is standing by idly and watching it burn.
