I think marcille would have been fully on board with all the crazy shit laios had going on if he was a girl. This is because marcille is gay as fuck and already obsessed with his sister who is exactly like him.
I fully don't think laios would be butch I think she'd have her hair cut shorter because she's bad at taking care of it and marcille would get caught up in her slobgirl swag. Fuss over her getting injured or completely filthy and drag her to the bath to get her cleaned and patched up and brazenly ogle her. And we know this because she did this to his sister who is exactly like him.
