{{ – hey folks,, realised i owe yall a bit of an update.
Brain fog bad. You might have seen my recent post about visa stuff; we’ve got 6 months to raise 3k to pay for my husbands visa renewal and on top of that im on month 19 of waiting for the dwp to award me PIP so. money is a thing. or not a thing, as the case may be. Anyways thats taking up most of my brainspace. But i am managing to do like a line of a reply a day, which isn’t a lot but it’s something at least.
I have 5 replies in my drafts that don’t have anything written, and 3 that I’ve written a couple sentences for. Theres 12 in my paused queue ready to go, but i would like to clear my drafts completely before i start the queue up again cause otherwise there’s gonna be replies stewing in my drafts forever }}
We’re ¼ of the way to our goal for visa renewal, but we only have 6 months to raise the other 73%. Please please help if you can, and please share too. Any money from orders on my ko-fi shop and commissions goes towards the visa too. Thank you 💜
UPDATE: Luckily we actually have another months time until we need to pay. I’ve updated our visa goal to better reflect what we expect the price to be. The .gov website isn’t incredibly clear as to whether or not the application fee for renewal is the same as when first applying, so I’ve worked it out as if it is the same, because we’d much rather be ready to pay that and not have to than the other way around.
