• Okay so since I’ve been getting an influx of new followers, I’d like to reiterate a couple things.

This blog is 18+. Not because I post a lot of NSFW content (tho I will occasionally) but because I simply don’t feel comfortable with minors following me. Please respect my boundaries and unfollow me if you are a minor.

And secondly, I do not trigger tag. I don’t care what it is, no I won’t tag it for you. This blog is run by me, for me. I am not a content creator curating my blog for others. My blog is purely self serving, and if you have triggers that I may post, I highly recommend unfollowing.

The closest I get to tagging triggering content is when I make personal posts that may contain especially triggering content. But even then I don’t tag it, I just put a content warning before a read more.

Also I do not reblog/post donation links unless I know the person personally. I’ll reblog certified charities occasionally, but no I will not share your kofi/gofundme/paypal.

  • i am really not looking forward to tumblr pretending that JK Rowling posting one mean (and yes obviously bigoted) tweet about asexual people is the same thing as spending the last ten years of her life (& millions of pounds) dedicated to stripping trans women specifically of all of our rights.

literally. when i see people say “oh she’s working her way up through the queer community” all i can hear is “first they came for the trans women, but I did nothing because I am not a trans woman”. the response has made it utterly clear that people don’t give a shit about transmisogyny.

  • I need games to stop trying to get me to block or parry. I will solve my problems with my face or die trying.

  • i love osiris’s design, and i’m not talking about his armour design. well. i will be but that’s not the thing i mean. i’m talking about this one:

his face design; the man under and without the mask. destiny in general overview has a pretty strong thematic throughline of people as living legends. it’s a theme i love seeing explored through osiris in particular and one that his character design supports. with the mask and feathers on he visually conveys that this is Osiris, Phoenix of the Dark Age, Hero of Sixth Fronts, Exile and Heretic Warlock. he looks like someone important. without it he looks starkly unremarkable; a greying old man that you probably wouldn’t particularly think to look twice at.

i love that it sits in contrast to characters like eris who from the moment you see her and even whilst looking at her face plainly she will always be notably marked by her experiences—her tragic legend— and will always be physically unusual. with osiris there is a distinct disconnect in what he chooses to outwardly display, and what he is without it. it blends very well into his characterisation of seeming to always be chasing a perfected version of himself that has never and cannot ever quite truly exist. it’s good. all of this is a compliment. i love you peepaw

  • happy autism awareness day to all the girls who had “ friends” growing up who were actually bullying them . to the girls who always sat alone in the grass and wondered why nobody wanted to talk . to the girls who spoke to animals like they were listening . to the girls who created a little world in their room . to the girls who always felt ashamed for how deeply they love things and how passionately they enjoyed media . to the girls who covered their ears when they were overwhelmed by everything . to the girls who carrying a special thing around to feel safe . to the girls who never understood what they did wrong to feel so lonely . to the girls who were diagnosed later in life because they weren’t little boys who liked trains. you are so special and beautiful and you’re not worse for it, you love deeply and that is so wonderful please never try to push that down . I LOVE YOU !!!!!

  • Somehow I ended up as a girl who was diagnosed later in life despite the fact that I was a little boy who liked trains.

The thing about "friends" who were actually bullying them is a little too real.
