Shoujo Ai? Yes.
Comedy? Yes...
Drama? Yes...
On the surface level, this series looks like a comedy anime about an overly popular girl with an ambition to get everyone to love her getting roped into working in a café because of an accident and walks back and forth with comedy and light drama. Underneath it is a deep story about trauma caused from self-caused bad interactions with people/friends/co-workers. That might sound heavy, but the series never goes hard enough for the real drama fans and tries to stay within reach of comedy. It is basically a play within a play, with café guests being witnesses to known or unknown melodrama.
I found the series good at the start when it focused more on the comedy and early drama, but after about halfway through the series when the story starts to branch more into the side characters it looses its strength: the main characters' perspective, which is far more interesting compared to the rather stereotypical side characters.
