A frame, or promotional picture meant for the advertising poster, from one of the earlier shorts from Cassim Production Studios. Based on what information can be gathered, the cartoon was inspired by the events of The Marriage of Figaro, as the short has Cassidy preventing his rival from stopping a wedding through various shenanigans and mischief.
