Refund policy

Cancellation policy

  1. If you wish to cancel your order, please log in to your account and click “cancel order” against your purchase order.
  2. Cancellation for customized orders not accepted.
  3. We will issue a credit note against your canceled order. The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  4. Unfortunately, we will not accept any cancellations after 24 hours of purchase.

    Return Policy 

    1. If you receive the product in tampered packaging or damaged before delivery, request you refuse to accept the package or return the package immediately to the courier. Please email us at support@anvicouture.com or Whatsapp us at +91 7676603344 +15109469448. We request you to do a video of unpacking the product for any return/ refund/ replacement.
    2. If you receive any incorrect items, defective and/ or damaged goods, please communicate to Anvi Couture within 48 hours of such receipt for resolution.
    3. Customized Outfits, Blouses, Sarees with Stitched Blouses and Jewelries are not returnable items.
    4. Discounted and Clearance products are not applicable for return.
    5. When you purchase a hand-crafted saree, you might spot small knots or slight bumps in the fabric. These are typical characteristics of the handloom weaving process which are not considered as defective and not applicable for return.
    6. Due to differences in lighting during photography and variations in device screen settings, the color of our products may look slightly different from what you see online. Please note that we cannot accept returns based on color discrepancies.
    7. Once we received the products a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure the original condition with all labels and tags intact.
    8. In case you are unable to dispatch or return the shipment due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hrs we shall be not liable to accept the return request.
    9. For our customers in India, returns are free of charge. However, international customers will need to cover the shipping costs for any returns.
