Parrot APL

Parrot APL was a proof of concept demonstration of APL implemented using the Parrot Virtual Machine.

The Parrot VM was designed to host dynamic languages but never replaced other implementations of those languages.

The Parrot APL code has not been supported since early versions of Parrot.
