cardio abs into my routine.
Ive recently started to incorporate cardio abs into my routine. My main reasons are - to improve cardiovascular health and fitness - challenge myself in a new area of training - to keep the core strong and activated I can’t run consistently for 10 minutes so instead I do a 1 minute sprint followed by a 45 second fast paced walk.
