Taught my first Tatza/Celtic knot basket course today. I never would have thought after weaving my first knot with @kindlinglily many many years ago I would ever get to the point where I could teach this basket 🤓 In fact I distinctly remember saying at the time I’d never be able to teach such a difficult basket… Practice and time. Yesterday was a busy and very pleasant day - I held two willow weaving workshops at once! And one of them was a workshop on weaving a classic basket in Rotem. 🧺😊 For me, it’s always especially touching to watch participants create their first pieces.
