Be happy for your friends

When it comes to friendships, quality matters more than quantity. Thirty-six percent of Americans say they are “seriously lonely.” For many people, the solution may seem to be to go out and get more friends. Yet one study shows that when it comes to friendships, less is more.

People being happy for people who are happy is such a magic thing.

Notice the people who are happy for your happiness, and sad for your sadness. They're the ones who deserve special places in your heart.

I have not flown in 2 years since I flew out for the funeral of one of my amazing best friends. And idk how I forgot that plane rides make my ears explode 🥹 yal have any tips for that ? Quick 1 day trip to bring my offspring to his grandma. Won’t be as long as he’s normally away for the summer but it’s gonna be a nice break for us both. Even tho we both miss each other already lol 😂 (kinda) Spent a couple of hours with my mom and came back home. It was nice 💕 #9 is so me 🫠
