We go through some really hard times sometimes, we feel some very strong emotions,  and we don’t give ourselves credit for having made it through them and we often judge ourselves so harshly for having felt them. But let’s gently remember that 
It’s okay to react, it’s okay to feel any of it, it’s okay to feel overwhelmed, sad, angry, scarred or drained. We are not robots. It’s ok to feel exactly how we are feeling moment to moment. We are not here to judge our humanity, we are here to embrace it. Give yourself space to feel fully how you are feeling without holding back, without feeling guilty about it.
