Fry this blend with 11/2 tbsp soaked channa dal for 3-4 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a jar, add ginger, turmeric powder, and 1/4 cup coconut, then grind into a paste. In a kadai, add oil, roast okra, and add ground masala. Add water, curry leaves, and salt. Pour in 1 cup of curd and simmer on low flame. For seasoning, use coconut oil, mustard seeds, red chili, and curry leaves.
