So easy, and worth the tiny effort too 🤤👌🏼

These keep for a few days and are super delicious with ice cream.

Ingredients;
7 or 8 Hot Cross Buns
300ml Double Cream
600ml Milk
4 Eggs
1 tsp of All Spice
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
100g Golden Castor Sugar
4 Tbsp Marmalade
Icing Sugar for dusting
50g Soft Butter

Method:
Pre-heat oven 150c Fan
On the hob, heat the milk & cream on a low heat.
Combine Eggs, Sugar and Vanilla in a bowl and whisk.
Slowly add the warm creamy mixture.
Slice and butter all hot cross buns and place in an oven proof shallow dish.
Cover each bun in marmalade
