Today I have made sweet nimbu achaar. This is one of my favourite achaar recipes which my nani used to make. It tastes awesome and is a must try recipe. 

To make this achaar, make sure to leave add salt to the lemon and keep it for 10 days either in direct sunlight or normal room temperature. Just stir it once in a day for 10 days. 

Ingredients- 
18 Pcs lemon
3 Tsp salt
2 Tsp fennel seeds
1 Tsp coriander seeds
1 Tsp cumin seeds
1/2 Tsp black pepper
400 gm jaggery
2 Tbsp water
1/2 Tsp asafoetida
1/2 Tsp carrom seeds
1/2 Tsp kalaunji
1 Tsp Black salt
1 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
