Rest and recharge affirmation

It's so important to rest and recharge both our mind and our body. It helps us realize what's most important and even increases productivity.

In a culture where exhaustion is seen as a sign of success, and rest is something to be earned, sometimes the most loving, compassionate thing you can do is lean into rest. To whoever needs to hear it today, 💛your body and brain requires rest in order to function properly. 💛You do not have to earn rest. 💛Your self-worth is not directly attached to what you can produce. ✨My challenge for you today: Take one thing off of your to-do list and rest.
