High protein Chicken Bibimbap
- add 1 cup of rice to an instant pot
- Rinse well and add 1 cup for water
- Add toppings (shiitake mushroom, carrots, corn, spinach, chicken, ginger) 
- Cook on high pressure for 5 min & 10 min of natural release
- Add gochujang and sesame oil
- Serve with seaweed
- Enjoy!
