1️⃣ CORN NUGGETS🌽 // full recipe ↓

INGREDIENTS:
- 1+2 cups cooked / canned corn
- 300 g firm tofu
- 3 tbsp vegan yogurt
- 1 tsp salt + black pepper
- 1/2 cup cornmeal

- 2 cups cornflakes (I used gf)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add 1 cup of corn along with tofu, vegan yogurt, salt and pepper to a food processor / blender and blend until very smooth. Add the cornmeal and pulse to combine. Finally add the remaining 2 cups of corn and pulse e few times. Chill the mixture.
Meanwhile, blend the cornflakes with salt to make the Tofu Salmon, Crispy Salmon Bites, Corn Nuggets, Rice Salmon, Crispy Salmon, Salmon Bites, Eat More Plants, Tofu Vegan, Vegan Challenge
