...you are born with it! -- that's a matter of fact. there is no "i'm worthy if...". at this exact moment you are worthy of love! the way you are. with all your flaws. with all your tears. you ask for what you need and that's never too much. i think there's a quote that says something like "the way people treat you is a statement of who they are. it's not a statement about you." -- this feels like truth to me. you're already worthy. you are enough. you are loved simply because you are you.
