Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add in your tomatoes & onions. 2. Once nice and soft (about 5 mins) add in your garlic. Cook until fragrant. Season w a pinch of salt. 3. I have continued to adopt mine over the years, and hope you enjoy it! Ingredients: 1lb Chicken Thighs 4T Butter 2T Oil 1 Onion 2 Stalks Celery 2 Large Carrots 2 Cloves Garlic 4C Chicken Broth 1t Italian Seasoning 1t Paprika 1/2t Red Pepper Flakes Lots of Salt and Pepper 2 Bay Leaves Noodles! Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add to oil and brown on both sides. Remove, then add the butter and cook the veggies. After about 5 minutes add the garlic. 1 minute more and stir in the seasonings. Pour in the broth, add back the chicken and bay leaves, cover and simmer for a few hours. Shred the chicken, add back, season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve
