5min · 4 servings Day 4 of the 25 days of cocktails & you already know we have to make Batched Peppermint Espresso Martinis 1.5 cups vodka, or vanilla vodka • 1 cup cold brew • 1 cup coffee liqueur • 4 oz peppermint mocha syrup (told you we’d use it) 1 cup ice Rim glasses with chocolate syrup and crushed candy canes. • Place in the freezer to chill. • Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. • If you don’t have peppermint syrup, I suggest using 1-2 tsp of peppermint extract! • Pour & enjoy!
