These two points can be found in many of the formulas I’ve shared with you. I learned that stimulating these two points (the adrenal glands) help to balance your cortisol levels via the central nervous system of course. Adrenal glands sit on top of your kidneys and release the stress hormone cortisol. We are all aware of how stress effects our body so this is a good way to calm you. Can be done with your fingers or knuckles as well. And here I’m showing how either side of the tool can be used.

FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY FOR DRY SKIN

For the sake of the reel I have sped up the process but you want to make sure to always feel for zingers or skipping and focus just a couple extra circles there. Keep each point under 20 seconds or you will undo the good (don’t worry, nothing bad happens if you go over). Hope you enjoy! 💕 #organicskincareroutine #tohea
