Summary
Buck says, “He dumped me.” It’s the first words he’s spoken since showing up on Eddie’s front doorstep—late at night, four-pack in hand, seemingly unfazed by his best friend opening the door in nothing but a pink button-up, socks, and tighty whities, Old Time Rock & Roll blaring in the background.
Buck says, “I thought this would be easier. I don’t know why, I-I just—I thought I finally figured it all out, had the answers y’know? But even Tommy doesn’t want me.”
Eddie’s eyes flick to Buck’s shoes, travel slowly up his long… long… legs, over the green shirt covering Buck’s bulky torso, stopping momentarily at Buck’s exposed throat, practically begging to be kissed, bit, licked, finally returning to those sad blue eyes.
Eddie says, “I can help you forget about him.”
Or,
Buck is newly single, Eddie is finally allowing himself to have the juice… metaphorically speaking.

Summary
“Forgive me father, for I have sinned.” Eddie started, old instinct coming to the surface, as he crossed himself.
What was he doing here?
“It’s been three days since my last confession.” His words were barely above a whisper, like he couldn’t believe what he was about to do.
This was stupid. He didn’t need to confess anything. So what was he doing here?
Drowning in his guilt.
Yeah probably. That sounded exactly like something he would do. Punish himself for having a good time.
“I had sex with my best friend.”

Summary
Eddie’s hands are huge.
Buck continued watching the hypnotizing movements of Eddie – turning, kneading, folding, kneading, stroking, twisting, squeezing, applying more pressure, kneading, again and again and again. His fingers were slightly pink after all the force he was applying; two of his long thick pink fingers pinching delicately more flour and spreading it across the dough to make it easier to work with and then continuing the dance-like movements. He began wondering how that pressure would feel on his skin, on his…

Summary
Gun to his head, Buck honestly doesn't think he could say which one of them made the first move, but somewhere in between the six-pack he'd brought over and whatever was left of a dusty bottle of tequila in the back of a kitchen cupboard, Eddie—beautiful, radiant Eddie, with his pink shirt and tiny underwear—had ended up in his lap, thighs bracketing Buck's, gasping and grinding helplessly into Buck's hips, the most delicious whines spilling out of his mouth and straight onto Buck's tongue, white-hot pleasure spiking through him as potent as the lightning bolt, so he figures he'll at least die happy.
(Or, Buck and Eddie hook up at the end of "Confessions".)

Summary
“Are we really doing this?” Buck asks.
“I want to…”
“But?”
“No but…” He reaches out and grabs Buck’s chin, trailing his thumb over his bottom lip. His other hand goes to Buck’s chest, slowly slipping it towards his arm, under his coat. “Take your coat off? Stay a while?” The look in his eyes is soft, a bit pleading.
Buck drops his hand from Eddie and pulls back so he can take off his coat.
Eddie reaches out, taking the hem of Buck’s shirt between his fingers. “Green’s a good color on you.”
“Thanks…” He put the shirt on for Tommy, but he’ll be taking it off for Eddie…-or-
An 8x06 coda where Eddie is letting himself be happy, and Buck is still spiraling about "I'm not your last; I'm your first."

Summary
Eddie takes in a deep breath and reaches out and sets his hand on Buck’s knee, fingers wrapping around his lower thigh, pinky brushing his inseam. “Hey. If you were my first, you’d be my last.”
The air is still between them and feels charged in a way it wasn’t a moment ago. Careful not to dislodge Eddie’s hand, Buck stretches his arm out to grab the tequila. Watching Eddie out of the corner of his eye, he knocks back another half shot. Eddie doesn’t retract his hand, and the heat of it is starting to seep through the denim of Buck’s jeans.
“Sure.” Buck sounds weary. “That’s easy for you to say, when it’s—when it’s just hypothetical.”
“What if…” Eddie’s grip on Buck tightens marginally. “What if it wasn’t a hypothetical?”

Summary
“What brings you joy?” Eddie asked after a while, keeping his voice quiet as if there was anyone around that could hear them.
“My family. The 118. When I was younger, Ice skating.” Bobby smiled, and couldn’t help but add on, “Shaving.”
Eddie scoffed at that, shifting in his chair and rubbing at said moustache again. “You really don’t like it?”
“I don’t think you like it”
“Yeah, well”

Summary
The longer they dwelled on the bachelor party, the more Eddie thought about memory. Specifically, about unwanted, lingering memories. About how isolating it could be to remember things.
Then he remembered the smell of Buck’s amber cologne, the heat of his body and the way his eyes caught on the curve of Eddie’s lips. The way the blaring music haunted them from a distance. He remembered the both of them being too drunk, the way Buck’s sweat glowed on his cheekbone, the concrete determination in his eyes. He remembered—
Eddie assumed Buck didn’t remember it, or maybe he just thought it was insignificant enough to ignore.

Summary
Tara Kaplan, a new nurse, searches for the identity of the John Doe she's taking care of so that she can contact his loved ones.
EXCERPT:
“It’s a miracle he’s still alive.”
The man had been in that room for a week and a half.
John Doe.
He was a bigger man.
Tall.
And muscular.
He was tanned. Not too tanned, but he definitely tanned more than burned in the sun. He had an aquiline nose, distinct cheekbones, and a cleft. He had curly hair; curly, chestnut brown hair. He was banged up from the hit and run. Cuts and bruises, though, the swelling was going down and the fresh red-purple was seeping into a yellow. Had three casts and almost lost his spleen. Dry lips from a week and a half asleep.
He was breathing, though.
Breathing steadily.
He was Tara Kaplan’s first John Doe.
And no one was sure if they would ever figure out who he was before he woke up.

Summary
He watched as he opened one of the drawers, grabbed a gray towel and then proceeded to hit him with it. “Why are you naked!?” He whispered/screamed so he wouldn't be heard from the kitchen. Still, there was a little grin threatening to take over his face.
“I didn’t know he was here.” He imitated his tone. Then he was hit on the chest by a towel flying his way.

Just a short funny scene I could totally see happening at some point between 8x06 and 8x09

Summary
"I had sex with a man"
"Okay." Charlie smiles at him kindly. She knows that no matter what Eddie may think of himself, he deserves kindness, especially in moments like this. "How do you feel about that?"
Eddie bites his lip roughly, "I don't know," He whispers.
Or; Eddie has sex with Buck and his therapist Charlie, helps him through it.
