Summary
With both parents dead and a sister already on the front lines, Aysel Bardin doesn't have much. So, the year before the Marked Ones are slated to enter the Rider's Quadrant, she decides becoming a rider gives her the best chance at being able see her sister, at least more than the rare moments of leave given to Lieutenant Camilla Bardin.
Unexpectedly, she thrives in the quadrant. That is until threshing, when Aysel is left in the valley, unwanted and unchosen by all hundred and forty-two dragons.
Now, in addition to overcoming the usual challengers the rider's quadrant presents, she needs to figure out how to survive against her biggest enemy—herself. Of course, she'll also be a repeat. And the second time Cadet Bardin is a first year, so are the children of the rebellion.

Summary
Maeve Lochlain has a signet unlike any other.
But she is unable to use it to get the one thing she wants, no matter how hard she tries. It seems to her it was a lifetime ago that she was walking hand-in-hand with Liam Mairi in the halls of Basgiath, serving as Executive Officer under her best-friend, almost-brother, Xaden Riorson, and watching him fall in love with Violet Sorrengail.
But now, Maeve has chosen to stay behind in Aretia rather than return to the harsh reality of post-graduation life. Instead, Maeve faces the constant threat of venin attack, and is helping with the ever-increasing effort to bolster the revolution. But that is not what is on her mind. Brennan Sorrengail is.
Brennan has a signet unlike any other.
He believes he got it because he was good at fixing things. But when the woman he loves comes back to him, just as he wished, with a heart shattered and on the verge of despair, Brennan doesn't know what to do. He has never met a challenge like this one, and he has never so badly wanted to succeed.
Maeve needs to feel. And Brennan needs to mend. But the two of them will find that together, they can find out what it means to grieve, and what it means to heal.

Summary
Lila Morgan's story was supposed to end when she jumped from that bridge. Instead, she wakes up in Navarre on Conscription Day — trapped inside the world of Basgiath War College, a world she knows all too well. Armed with knowledge of every twist, betrayal, and death to come, she takes on a new name: Liora Emberveil.
But knowing the future doesn’t mean controlling it. Every choice she makes shifts the story she thought was set in stone. Some changes are small. Others are dangerous. And one misstep is all it takes to catch the attention of Xaden Riorson.“You’re not like the others, Emberveil,” Xaden tells her, his voice sharp as shadows coil at his back. “People like you burn too hot or break too soon. So which one are you?”
With her past clawing at her and the future slipping out of her hands, Liora faces a choice: survive the story as it was written or burn it down entirely. But if a dragon choose her, will she choose herself?

Summary
I am still terrified to cross the parapet, just as scared as I was the day the General sat me down to tell me about my future. But if fear had an enemy, it would be focus. And I have been nothing but focused since the day I found my father’s letter. My single-minded sense of purpose saves me from what I’m sure would have been months of resenting my training and my mother and my traitorous body. There is no room for fear or resentment while I am carrying my father’s will with me in every step.
Violet Sorrengail’s world changes in more ways than one the day that her mother informs her she will be training for the Rider’s Quadrant. That same day, she stumbles upon a hidden letter in the book gifted to her by her father. Violet realizes that he was betrayed and killed to protect Navarre’s lies. Leadership is hiding something ruinous, and she is going to find out what it is.
Follow Violet as she enters Basgiath in a much different state of mind than in canon. She's distrustful of leadership, questions everything that is told to her with extreme prejudice, and will do everything in her power to survive. If not for her sake, then for the truth her father died for.

What they don’t tell you is that you have to survive brutal interrogations, field training, and partaking in a revolution that nobody knows about. Through these difficulties, she has the help of her attractive childhood best friend Bodhi Durran and one of the only people she fully trusts, Imogen Cardulo. Can the weight of what she’s up against force her to come face-to-face with her feelings or will she fall with them?

Summary
Imogen didn’t weep when her mother and sister burned for their part in the rebellion. She couldn’t afford to. The kingdom of Navarre had already decided her fate. Survival was a distant hope, a cruel joke in a world that wanted them dead.
Then Xaden Riorson made a deal.
In exchange for their lives, he would take their punishment and they, in turn, would be given one impossible chance: to enter the Riders Quadrant at Basgiath War College. A battlefield disguised as a school, where their only path to survival is bonding with a dragon and fighting for a kingdom that despises them.
Imogen and Garrick—both orphaned and stripped of everything they know—are placed together in the new foster system, forming an unbreakable bond as they navigate a world that sees them as traitors’ children. Forced to rely on each other for survival, their relationship deepens from an alliance of necessity into something far more complex.

Summary
“I always wanted to be a rider, Even before,” Liam said ahead of her, ignoring the interruption of their squad mates as they continued down the path between the large dragons. “I would have done it anyways.”
“Figures,” Isela said with a huff. “I’m not surprised since you’re so good at it. No offense to any Dragons listening, but I didn’t. I always left the fighting to Xaden and Bodhi.”
“So what did you want to be?” Liam asked.
“Before it all, I was trying to decide between a scribe or a healer.” Isela said with a wistful sigh. Despite the dragons judging her on both sides. “But then I met Violet. She was already deep into training to be a scribe by the time I got there. And while I was doing drills in the courtyard she’d practice transcribing or reading a tome. I learned a lot about the scribes from her. And honestly I wished I was her.”
