He was on the podium, at the end of the season where he not only won the race but he got the points to be awarded the Drivers Championship, and now, in true Formula 1 fashion, the champagne was being sprayed by the other drivers.
Today Vash Savarem was the best Formula 1 driver and Stampede the best Constructor with only two seasons under their belt.

When he initially went job searching, all his hope had spiraled down the drain with every page he sifted through. References, high school diploma, good standing, experience… Every single one listed something that Vash simply didn’t have. By the time he got to the fifteenth page, all the listings had been for such specific types of people that it was no wonder they weren’t getting snapped up immediately. Contractors and freelancers and people with connections that Vash could never even hope to have. All except for one:
