Summary
Two years after graduating high school, Jason is eight inches taller, mentally and physically ill in a dozen new ways, and newly insecure in his ability to understand people. Now he and Cass are finally starting college and impossibly, things are somehow going well. Best of all, they’ve made two incredible friends: bombastic, warmhearted Stephanie Brown and her shy, sharp shadow, Tim Drake. College is still full of challenges, and not just the rigorous academic standards Jason holds himself to. For starters, people won’t stop telling Jason that his new best friend has the hots for him. That audacious, horny loser Conner Fucking Kent keeps trying to infect his insides. Burnside College’s self-appointed protector, the scrappy vigilante Spoiler, keeps bumping into him. And of course, his body and brain are fucked up in ways that he’s somehow still discovering. It’s enough to make anyone want to run the fuck for the hills. Because Jason isn’t a coward, but he also isn’t an obnoxious asshole anymore; he isn’t a feisty, irrepressible little spitfire anymore; he isn’t the whip-smart top of his class anymore—and what does that even leave? Who the hell is he now, anyway?

Unable to remember more than flashes of his past, he sets about making a new home for himself whilst trying to piece together his memories of his old one. On his way he begins to build himself a family. He receives unexpected visitors, teenage vigilante regulars, redeemed rogues and makes more than a few friends along the way.

Summary
Plot Idea inspired by Civilian Dick Grayson Stories, particularly Caffeine, Our One True Hero by Uncharted_Nebula, Those Times That Dick Grayson Got Tangled Up with The BatFamily by Spectacular_Geek_27, and Robin Means Hope by DupreeWolf.
Basically, the idea is to flip the trope on it's head with Dick being the vigilante while everyone else has a normal job, with Damian being in the middle, and no one else learning about it until it's revealed to the world.
He's also paired with Stevie Rogers again since I like them together in stories.

This doesn’t make fucking sense!” Jason repeated, angry, “Gotham has no idea how humans really work and decided on a fucking whim to throw us all together because she didn’t want to lose her toy! We were all just conveniently there and fit into her schemes so she revived us. Well,” he took a deep breath, “I, for one, have no fucking intention of being part of Batman’s emotional support family because the man didn’t manage to take care of himself properly!” He glared at Wayne, who winced slightly but still didn’t say anything.

After Batman dies due to an injury he received on patrol, Gotham is devastated. So, she decides to use some of her power to revive him. Not wanting to lose him a second time, she also analyzes what went wrong and comes to the conclusion that her Bat was lacking the support network most humans have, a so-called ‘family’. Luckily, this is solved easily: She’ll just revive some others in her domain as well, a caretaker and several young humans called ‘children’. They can be her Bat’s family and her Bat can happily continue to fight the rot that has spread through her borders. Perfect!OR OR

“I’ll pick you up here tomorrow. Same time.”
And then he turned and began walking away. Jason stared at him in shock. Before he could think better of it, he said, “That was a ridiculous amount you just agreed to.”
“And you could have asked for more,” Hood shot back over his shoulder. He did not turn back around.
