Five days have passed since the defeat of Biollante, Godzilla hasn't been seen since returning to the ocean. With his disappearance, a breed of Titans known as Mutations begin to grow restless and diverge on New York City. Monarch's Humanitarian Environmental Analysis Team, led by Niko "Nick" Tatopoulos have only one hope to defend the city. A large mutated marine iguana known for not attacking anyone in New York City, known to everyone as Zilla.

5 months since the Biollante incident, Godzilla was still resting on the bottom sea-floor, being monitored by Monarch, when all of a sudden, he breaks awake and heads for many major points, battling monster after monster that weren't from this world, the Makadaiju were rising, an Godzilla from space arrived, Molly going out on a rampage in Austrailla alongside a gigantic Crocodile like kaiju, and a odd winged godzilla monster that can use magic. and to top it all off, an ancient rivalry beginning to show up thanks to Apex and the Followers Of the Apocalypse. it's all the stuff needed for a new adventure for the Godzilla whisperer! one that would require help from another universe in order to battle the Three Headed Terror, Ghidorah! and his cyborg partner, Gigan! can Godzilla, Rodan, Mothra and Angurius handle these two, or will the world be destroyed by the planet eater?
