    Summer has come to an end, and it's time for Luz to return home to Camila. Amity only finds the courage to tell her friend how she feels about her when the door closes behind Luz, and makes the rash decision to follow her.

    Then something goes wrong, stranding Amity with Luz, far away from everything she’s ever known.

    Meanwhile, life soldiers on in the Boiling Isles, but unbeknownst to Amity, her disappearance will radically alter the lives of those close to her. Eda, Edric, Emira, Willow and Gus resolve to do everything in their power to bring her back, but not without facing challenges of their own.

    What happens when a piece of Palistrom wood ends up in the hands of a puppet maker named Camila Noceda, and she decides to build a puppet with the features of the daughter she never had? And what happens when a not always reliable fairy decides that it's not such a bad idea to try to animate such puppet? And what happens if this puppet is particularly mischievous, naughty, and with a certain ability to always get into the most absurd trouble? This is the story of Luz Noceda, a puppet who embarks on the difficult journey of life in a world populated by fairies, tricksters, talking animals, shape-shifting creatures and unspeakably dangerous sea monsters, in the hope that perhaps, one day, she will be able to become a real girl.

    (In case the preface wasn't explanatory enough, this is basically the story of Pinocchio but with our Luz as the protagonist. I state that the story will be mainly inspired by Collodi's original work, but I will also add some elements from the Disney film and others, plus separate episodes of my own total invention (sorry for the narrative license, but after all, it's not an Owl House fanfic without a little Lumity!). So... let's try this crazy experiment, and see how far it takes us!)

She has a reputation that preceded her, many names she goes by; the Owl Lady, the Wild One, the True Wild Witch. Few are aware of the ailment she’d been cursed with, and even fewer know she isn’t alone out in the forests.

    It’s only when Luz Clawthorne reaches the age of ten that most learn the child even exists, as that’s when she enrolled in Hexside and started to make a name for herself. Slowly, Eda’s previous reputation begins to unravel, rekindling into something new, painting a picture of a widowed mother to two children, willing to do whatever she must to keep them safe. There are realizations to be had, revolutions to be started, and repentance to be earned. Over the six years that follow, the world around them begins to change in ways they never could’ve expected, and it’s all centered around the half-human Daughter of the Wild One.

And yet, he can’t be placed as their ancestor because Lilith’s niece says it would hurt her brother’s feelings, though Lilith’s niece’s brother isn’t Lilith’s nephew. Because he’s her ancestor. Do keep up.
    There must be some way to represent this mess visually in a manner that would make sense, and would also entail King being at the top of the page and having a crown. Lilith’s not one to disregard the Titan’s requests.

    (Or: There’s a dinner party at the Owl House, and the whole family’s invited. Yes, some of the family members don’t know that they are family yet. But they will surely enjoy the news about their ortet, and there are also glowing letters, two different cakes, and the resident bad girl historian has been working on the family tree for quite some time. It’s going to be great.)
