Summary
This story is essentially the history of Warcraft (or most of it) through the eyes of a Night Elf Druid who has seen far too many wars, and frankly, is getting too old for this nonsense. There's ten thousand years of history between the start, and the crotchety old stereotype our protagonist becomes, which I will attempt to keep as lore friendly as possible, though there will be a bit of headcanon as we follow our druid boi on his journeys. Most of it is, as you would expect, from a druidic perspective so if you do not like druids, nature, or the themes associated with such, this may not be the story for you. That said, it is very Night Elf themed and we do sometimes follow different Stormclaws, as we hit modern WoW era, that's going to become more important for obvious reasons.
Available also on FFN, and Royal Road

Summary
‘During the Third War, humans, orcs, trolls, elves and many other unlikely allies joined forces to push back and defeat a great demonic invasion. The world was saved from the outside threat.
Sacrifices were made. Among these, the proud Kaldorei lost their home and their immortality. With the fall of Nordrassil, the druids under the leadership of the Cenarion Circle sought to create a new home for their people. Decisions were made, compromises sought and secrets kept. Eventually, Teldrassil, the new world-tree, sprouted from the seas of western Kalimdor. The Elves looked forward to a new chapter in their mortal, yet still long lives.
Soon after, the druids lost their leader, Malfurion Stormrage. With his mysterious departure, discontent grew within their Circle. The holy Keepers slowly vanished, their forests halted their growth and the Ancients became silent. Teldrassil wasn’t the promised sanctuary for its proud children.
In their pride, they failed to see.
In their long lives, they forgot.’ -

Summary
Just a little something happening in the background while Azerothean adventurers grind gold, flood the auction house and do quests around the vast plains of Azeroth. This tale is about the exploits of a certain night elf and an old acquaintance to many travelers like yourself.
Jarod Shadowsong survived a direct encounter with Archimonde himself but spending time with a certain Archdruid is proving more troublesome. If you wish to stay hidden and lead a reclusive life in Kalimdor's wilderness, maybe not run into the snarky leader of your own people. Just a little advice from me, you know, a tip for next time. Although, the tip Jarod is taking, isn’t mine… wink wink...

Summary
The Windrunner rangers are ruthless in an all-too-familiar forested terrain. Supply lines are put to the torch, patrols disappear, mountain passes close off by boulder-fall, and rivers burst from newly-loosed dams. It is a form of guerilla warfare that her kaldorei are suited to respond to, but they desperately need leverage to stem that tide before the whole of Lordaeron falls under Thalassian banners.
She may have it, or may not depending on what she finds at the forward camp. Her nightsaber leaps over a fallen log and only just avoids the deadfall trap in the path, one of many they have encountered on the road. If this goes poorly...it is a war that will not end until the whole of Azeroth burns for Malfurion's (and Arthas's) sins.
Or - Don't fuck with Alleria. Do fuck with Sylvanas? There is a very serious war. Tyrande cannot.
