Ingress Lestrange was a weird boy. Truly, what with his characteristic wavey raven hair that was like a curtain down to his waist save for showing his pale face? With high checks and regal baby-blue eyes that seemed to frequently scare people, he was a looker.
But, what many didn't know from the hollow look in his eyes to the way his lips would tug at the sides if he made eye contact with you... was that Ingress was by no means a good kid. Not quite as batshit as his estranged aunt - yet not as well mannered as any other pureblood house.
No, Ingress Lestrange was gifted in ways only all the wrong people knew.

The war had long since passed, Harry was now in his early twenties and working as an Auror, Harry looked back on his time at Hogwarts with a mixture of sadness, wishes of change and the slightest hints of disdain. His engagement to Ginny had been one of the few good outcomes from his time there.
He’d been distracted by his thoughts of Hogwarts whilst sorting through the evidence of a current case he’d been investigating, something to do with a young wizard messing with things he shouldn’t have just yet. It would most likely land the child with a slap on the wrist but Harry still needed to sort through the mess that had been made.
He’d been moving an oddly coloured potion from the evidence box when it slipped from his hands, the potion tumbling rather quickly to the floor in a way that was almost comical with the way it tumbled before splashing onto the floor. Harry closed his eyes to avoid any of this unknown potion from getting into them, but if he had opened his eyes…he would have seen the world shift around him and he would have seen his own body shift and change in ways it shouldn’t have been able to.

Harry only wanted to be close to Sirius so it had been a good idea at that time, but right now, shivering in the middle of the Forbidden Forest, with knobby knees and lanky legs that refuse to support his newfound form, Harry redacts that statement. He thought that being an animagus would be fun like in Sirius’ stories. He imagined his animal form would be like his dad, a tall and regal stag, and he was kind of on point! Though he didn’t take into consideration that his animagus would be so small and so… young.

To be a great teacher is to perform. You have to funny but stern enough so that work gets done. Open so the students trust you but you can't be their friend. Interesting but not too much so they focus on the lesson. You have to make them trust you but let them learn on their mistakes.
Agnes Nutter thinks that being a Curse Breaker for hire and risking her life everyday with no guarantee of coming out safe was easier than teaching those brats about the History of Magic.
Harry Potter Knew that the new school year would be interesting after finding out that the Ministry was trying to take control of Hogwarts but after Lady Whistledown started writing her pamphlets it seemed as if the whole magic society started changing.

Sometimes, Harry thinks he’s destined to die young.
The thought is terribly morbid and devastating for such a young child. He yearns for peace, for escape from the pain inflicted by the Dursleys. Their expectations are a heavy weight on his shoulders, leaving him with secrets that kill and eyes heavy with an ever present shadow of death.
The wizarding world had cemented this idea. Hagrid revealing his ‘status’ had filled him with a bitter sense of resignation. It seemed that escaping the expectations of others was too much to ask for. Whether it be saving the wizarding world or slaving away for his relatives, there was no escape.
He wants to be saved, that's all he wants.
Harry closed his eyes, and allowed himself to drown in the overflow.
