Three minutes and six seconds. That’s how long it takes for Aziraphale to understand that her first year at Shiz University will not go the way she expected. Not with Crowley around—exceedingly peculiar, sharp-tongued and the last person Aziraphale should be drawn to.
"Alright, let’s just get this over with.” The serpent invading her home with sinister twists of her emerald-scaled body flashed a wry grin at Aziraphale. “No, I’m not seasick; yes, I’ve always been green; no, I didn’t eat reptile eggs as a child.”
Pulling up her nose and tossing her hair over her shoulder, Aziraphale retorted dismissively, “Regardless of your dietary choices, you’re in the wrong room.” She tutted, then smiled. It was miraculous how fast she was capable of regaining her composure. “Allow me to kindly show you out.”
“Nah,” the serpent huffed. “Hate to break it to you, but I’m your new roomie. Got a letter and all. Unless you’ve got a miracle up your sleeve, you’re stuck with me.”
