Lux lingered, her arms propped against the backrest. She watched idly as the glass pressed against Jinx’s dark stained lips.
God. She wished she could be that glass.
What?
Lux shook her head, and she straightened so quickly she might as well have been yanked by a string. She glanced down at the alcohol in her hand with furrowed brow. Maybe she's had too much already.
Jinx, oblivious to her internal crisis, tossed an elbow over the back of the couch and shot her a coy grin.
“You gonna sit your pretty ass back down or…?”

Summary
“Commander, look!” Caitlyn turned her head. There, in front of them, stood a girl with blue pastels in her small hands. Caitlyn squinted her eyes. The girl. That was the girl who was Jinx’s human shield.

Jinx loses Isha, Caitlyn finds her. She wants to use the girl as bait to lure Jinx out of her hideout, yet her perfect plan surprisingly backfires. Instead she finds herself co-parenting the most wanted criminal's adopted kid.
Thus begins the journey of self-discovery for both Jinx and Caitlyn. Are they more similar than they thought and could they build a better future for Piltover and Zaun if they worked together?
