Summary
The starlight season was generally not a time of great activity amongst the temple knights of Ishgard. Whether it be the will of Halone or an aversion to the chill, dragons were less active in the winter months and thankfully had no comprehension of Ishgardian traditional festivals. Thus most troops were sheltered in the warmth of the nearest garrison and free to participate in local festivities in lieu of constant drills. It was the unlucky lot of Captain Bonhomme’s expeditionary squad, however, that they were on the active duty roster when a flight of dragons was reported deep in the Coerthan highlands and were therefore, with much grumbling and unhappiness, deployed into the wilds in pursuit of their ancestral enemy. Only their assigned dragoon seemed eager to travel — or at least unbothered by the possible loss of the assemblies and other revels that accompanied the festive season — but then Wyrmblood only ever had one purpose as far as anyone was aware and that was to dispatch as many dragons as possible, with little concern for life, limb, comfort or merriment.

Summary
Elidibus’ smile was cheery beneath his red mask, “I have a small request I had hoped you might assist with. Have you seen Azem?” Emet-Selch stiffened.
“Why, what’s she done now?” he asked bluntly — and why is it about to become my problem?
“Nothing!” Elidibus gave a little laugh, “well, specifically she hasn’t done something she was meant to. That is, she neglected to give me her latest report before she left yesterday. I need to review it before the meeting day after tomorrow, to avoid surprises. I am simply swamped preparing, you understand, besides having no idea how to find her, so I would be ever so grateful if you could…” he waggled his fingers near his eyes and Emet-Selch tiredly closed his own on that expectant expression as he imagined his peaceful morning of industrious solitude fading into the distance.Or an amusing tale of that time Azem might have tricked Emet-Selch into spending the day with her.

Summary
While escorting Garlean refugees to Camp Broken Glass, the Exarch and the Warrior of Light have to shelter from a sudden blizzard. Close quarters and a chatty G'raha lead to the Warrior admitting to some hard feelings about the Crystal Exarch's actions. Sometimes two reasonable adults need to talk through their feelings. Sometimes it helps. Sometimes it doesn't.

Summary
Fourchenault Leveilleur has a a very distracting problem and his dear wife is only encouraging it.
“What made you put him on your list at all?” he wondered aloud.
“You mean beyond watching you watch him like a man dying of thirst? I do have a working brain, my love. He’s reliable, efficient, intelligent, confident yet modest, well spoken, observant, discrete, but not shy about voicing his opinion,” she ticked each item off on her fingers, “and mind-meltingly attractive. Plus you’ve always liked the ones that work with their hands.” The last said with an impish, cheeky grin making him harrumph and glower to cover his blush, arm flung over his face without admitting to anything.

Cracked Reflections by Cerulean_Snow_Elf (Gaeliceyes), Gaeliceyes

Summary
My Cracked Refelections series encompasses a number of one shots/stories that could take place in my “Wavering Reflections” Wolstimeric universe, but may or may not actually do so. Sometimes it’s because I haven’t decided if it does, sometimes I just wanted to write a what if that wouldn’t fit, and sometimes it definitely is part of it. Regardless, each one should stand alone just fine, although they may include my WoL Isoldahlia. I hope you enjoy.
