The rainbow flower was not at his station, and only his stand popped up, with two medkits and a bandaid, which Goob and Flutter quickly bought, not realizing on what was happening. Even Shrimpo looked slightly shocked.
They've all bought from him every floor, so why was he not there?
And then, the stand disappeared into the floor, and the door opened, and all the adult toons braced themselves-

The human population is thriving and able to live in excess, and there doesn't seem to be conflict that interferes with quality of life thanks to Earth's Federation, a global law enforcer and keeper of order.
