Summary
Five years after the Battle of Hogwarts the Ministry of Magic has one more wizard to bring to trial: Draco Malfoy. However, it's not a trial they're after, it's a spectacle to celebrate the end of the Death Eater regime with the execution of their final prisoner. When Hermione realizes their plan, she halts the trial and invokes The Gallows Law — an ancient law that pardons any pureblood male without an heir if a witch will marry him.

Excellent. So, use the magic dildo Draco Malfoy created for her every day. Can do, no problem, nothing weird about that.
Oh gods. What if he was...thinking about her using it? She didn't know what to do with her face or hands. Draco Malfoy knew how to get her off—in theory, anyway. This hadn't been on her bingo card for the year. For her lifetime, really.
"Right. Thank you. Okay, I'm going to go and I'll just—use this, I suppose and let you know how it goes." Her eyes grew wide. "Not like that, I mean, hopefully I won't need to come back again because hopefully it'll work and there won't be anything I need to update you on. Not that you would want an update either way, I just...I'm going to go now. Goodbye."
She stalked towards the door without looking at Malfoy, hoping the ground would magically swallow her up. Could she Obliviate him? No, that would be impolite.
Just before the door swung shut behind her, she heard an amused "Bye, Granger" from the beautiful, infuriating wandmaker.
