The woman started to walk down to the common room and as they started to all walk to The Common Room, the kids had all been groggy and starting to move, Clarice was using her power to make little windows to places that were in photos that were given, all of them watching the images with smiles before they had seen that there was a few places she loved, including the park she volunteered at.
“Are you all behaving?” Clara asked, making the group all flinch, Rachel starting to try and enter her mind– “Ah ah! Not today, missy.” she told her, making the telepath blush towards that now before she smiled, “If you three are planning a field trip, you better–” “FOUR!” A voice shouted as the teddy bear there had morphed to reveal Kevin Sidney who was preferring his surname more often than not.
“Thank you, Sidney, if you FOUR are planning a field trip, you better have a chaperone.” she told them, making the quartet look towards each other with some confusion and some surprise towards that now before the four of them looked towards each other, that was when SIdney spoke, “Can we go to your house?” he asked of the woman who was surprised, “Really?” she asked.
“Yeah! Clarice said your had a bunch of crazy stuff at your house! Even a secret lair!” she said and hearing that, Clara was confused, “I don’t have a secret lair.” she told the pair and hearing that, the kids didn’t believe her, “Fine, we can look and see.” the woman had promised, making the group smile now as Clarice went and created a portal for them which made the woman wonder where they were going.

The four of them walked through the portal now and as they did so Timothy almost had a heart attack, “What’re you doing here?” he asked her and the four kids, “Apparently we have a secret lair.” Clara said, surprising her husband, “Really?” he asked, making the woman nod, “Apparently, and I’m kind of curious what they’re talking about.” Clara explained and hearing that, Timothy wanted to know too.
“Come on! This way!” The Teleporter had told them as they ran over towards a doorway, it was a part of one of the additions that Victor added in as a wedding anniversary, Clara was confused on what was going on right now as she looked to the engraving on the right and went to press on the image of a Mountain Lion, a Fox and a Wolf, “Everyone in the hall!” she said to them.
Curious, Clara and Timothy had joined the children now, going to enter the hall as she went and started to pull at a rod that was next to the engraving downwards, making the small hall start to descend now and as it did so, Clara and Timothy were both shocked and wondering what exactly her brother did to her house while they were unaware and now curious.

“What the Fu– dge?!” Clara shouted, seeing a complex that looked like it belonged to that old DC comic hero, the one based off a flying mammal, there were vehicles, weapons that were definitely fatal, disguises, and not to mention there was a computer with file cabinets, “When did he have the time to do this?” Timothy asked, seeing that the computer was modern.
“I have no idea, but this is–” “Uncle Vic? You there?” DC asked, walking into their line of sight with a file before realizing that her mother, father and four children were there, “Shhhh–itake Mushrooms.” The woman said towards them, “Explain, now.” CLara told the woman, ready to punish her daughter which made the sigh, “Welcome to The Network.” she told her parents.
That made Clara confused, “This can’t be The Network, I’m a part of the Network and–” “Mom, the deal was that no one knew everything, remember?” she asked of her, making Clara sigh in annoyance, “So you and your uncle decided to turn this secret lair into some sort of Network Bunker?” she demanded of her, “It’s called The Den…” her daughter mumbled, making the kids excited while Clara was upset.
“THAT DOESN’T MAKE IT BETTER–!” the older woman started to say before her husband went and started to rub her shoulders, “DC, you mind telling us why Victor made this in the first place?” he asked of her, making the woman nod, “Uncle Victor originally made it to hide stuff like you alcohol, replace the plates for your cars, wild animals that you can’t–”
“Okay, so now it’s an armory for The Network?” she asked while the kids looked to Clara, “What’s The Network?” TJ asked, making the adults look towards them, “It’s… it’s the people that get Mutant kids and adults out of dangerous places so that they could be safe, like an underground railroad.” Clara had explained, making them all excited, “But it has to be a secret!” Timothy told them.
“No one can not, not Charles, not the other students… your parents already know, but only the minimum.” he said, knowing just as much while Clara sighed, “I’m assuming that you have more of these… dens, spread around the world?” she asked of DC who nodded towards that, “Yeah, I’d be more than happy to show you.” she said, escorting her while Timothy went to keep an eye on the kids.

The Director of P.E.G.A.S.U.S. was looking towards the latest reports before she heard a beep from the Sensors that she had installed after that attack on The 4th of July, taking her pistol, she went to the door, “Who is it?” she asked, ready to shoot whoever it was, “Hey, DC, it’s Fury.” he said, making the woman look in the peephole, “And what does my mom call you?” she demanded of him.
“She calls me Junior because her husband and brothers worked with my dad, Nick Fury Sr.” he told her, making the woman relieved as she opened the door, making sure that the safety was on, “Hey there, Fury.” she told the man who noticed how tense she was, “You’re still nervous about that?” he asked her, making the woman roll her eyes, “If you survived a crucifixion, you’d be too.”
Fury sighed towards that as he went and showed the beers and other hard liquor he brought, “So, are we gonna get drunk and complain about shit or what?” he asked of her and hearing that, the woman had smiled as they went and started to get shitfaced now to try and de–stress from everything that they had been through recently now, hopefully there wouldn’t be too much going on.

“You’ve gotta be kidding me!” Fury said as they continued skeet shooting, both of them telling everything that’s been happening, “I kid you not, Uncle V’s man cave was discovered by mom!” She told him, Fury knowing about it, the two of them finding said cave back when they were kids and had a few adventures there, “So now she knows?” Junior asked and she nodded to that before looking at him.
“Any more clues on The Skull? My Brother, Uncle and cousin still want a rematch.” she told him, making Fury sigh, “Unfortunately, that’s not my department, I barely get anything on him.” Fury said towards her, “But there’s some things on The Squadron Sinister, apparently they’re on the move again.” he told her and hearing that, DC had a thought in mind, “Okay… any of them close by?” she asked.
Hearing that, the man thought on that before he nodded, “Yeah, Agent Orange, she’s in Visigoth, in case you’re planning to kidnap her.” The man said towards her and hearing that, DC sighed, “Not to worry, I’ve got an idea.” she said towards him with a smirk, going and starting to head towards one of the bigger rifles she got, an elephant rifle ready to destroy while she planned.

DC had drove into the city, looking around towards everything, including the images of their hero, Nosferata, it reminded her of that guy, Nighthawk who ran around in Chicago, she actually wondered if they had been trained underneath the same person before she noticed how there was a vehicle now, driving forward and as it did so, the woman had been curious before looking to a person there.
“Excuse me, but can you tell me where she’s going?” she asked the man who smiled a wide manic grin, “She’s gonna fight Agent Orange! Where’ve you been hiding, under a rock?!” he asked before aiming his pistol to shoot her, making the woman pop her magenta claws in the air, stabbing the barrel and aimed at his throat, “Thank you, having a nice night.” she said before stabbing him.
His brain had shut down and made DC sigh now before going to walk away now, going and starting to head away, maybe she’d find the truth, maybe she’d just catch her maybe DC would help Nosferata, but for now, she just needed to find out everything that she could about the Squadron Sinister, maybe she’d get a team, but first off she was gonna find out everything she could about them.

DC had looked towards the base and as she had done so, the woman started to get worried at the sight of a sort of base there, it was disturbing but Agent Orange had been quite useful for her when the woman started to hear something which made her begun to look upwards no and see that there was a flying man that glared towards her, “You are trespassing.” he said in a Middle Eastern Accent.
“And you’re protecting terrorists, Mister…?” “Sekhem–Sutehk, woman.” he snarled, making the Mutant angry now as she went and started to ready her claws, going to attack the man, but before she could do anything, he had shot over like a bullet, grabbing her by the throat and lifting her up, as he did so, DC saw that the full body armor he wore had Egyptian regalia to it.
The man, Sekhem–Sutehk, he started to rise up, glaring towards her as the wind around them seemed to grow faster, almost howling, “You are… problematic.” he said to her before looking back and seeming to have an idea as he went and headed back towards the base there, “What the Hell are you doing?” she asked as he gripped tighter, “You will see.” he promised towards her.

The woman woke up and saw that the Mutant was inside of a perfect cube, making the woman wonder what was going on before seeing that there were two people there, one of them had appeared to be made of shadows while the other was the same man that had choked her out, “Who are you, what are you doing here?” The shadow asked and hearing that, she gave a scowl.
“Call me DC, and I’m just here for The Skull.” she told the group, making Sekhem–Sutehk scoff, “The Skull has not been a part of this… organization, since The Vietnam War.” he said, making the shadow look towards him now, “What… there is no point in lying to this… woman.” he said towards the man while she gave a look, “I don't know where you brought me, I don’t know who you both are.” she told them.
“But what I do know is that I am a government agent that’s been tagged, and if you try and kill me, I will be back, and I will make sure that you two are the last ones I kill.” she snarled, making the duo give a look before the shadow seemed to have an idea… we can always just wipe her.” he said before going to cover her face with shadows, “Fine…just make sure it’s not as sloppy as last time.”

The woman woke up, gasping in shock on her boat before seeing that she woke up in her boat now, looking around before seeing that there was nothing there which confused her, “What the Hell?” she asked herself, checking her watch and seeing that she was missing at least several hours, the woman sighed and checked to see her data was missing which annoyed her.
“Dammit, I got Wolverine’d.” she muttered in annoyance now before going to start up her boat, her sleeve starting to move and making her see there was a phrase written on it, “The Skull is in The Middle East.” It read and seeing that, she went and started to smile, glad that she had at least that much and went to send the information to her Uncle Victor, hopefully they’d deal with him.

6/15/1994, General Techtronics Laboratories East, Queens
Clara was walking in with the other kids, curious on what the Isotope Genome Accelerator, the kids that had been a part of The Science Club had wanted to see the unveiling, taking a breath, Clara had walked in, having been too slow to miss running away from Hank and Henry asking for an assist, looking around towards everything, she made sure that everyone was okay.
Looking towards the tech and everything when she heard someone approaching now, a blonde sports jock tripped a puny brunette down and seeing that, the older woman went and helped him before he fell, “Hey, are you okay?” Clara asked of him, making the boy smile to her, nodding, “Thank you, ma’am.” he told her, making CLara smile, “Hey, Puny Parker–!” the bully started.
At least until he saw Clara turn to glare at him now, her dog tags on display as she wore a brown leather jacket with jeans and a white blouse, “Can I help you?” she snarled, his eyes on her scars now as he stood ramrod straight, “Uh… no, no thank you, Ma’am, and thank you for your service.” he said before turning to talk to the other jocks that were there, “Thank you.” The boy said to her.
“Not a problem.” Clara said as she offered her hand, “Clara Creed.” the older woman said to him, “Peter Parker.” he told her as Henry waved towards her, “Come on, Clara!” The Feral said, making her look to Peter, “Have fun.” she told the boy now as they looked towards the machine that had been the rage for everyone in the tech community right about now.
“Look!” Hank said, pointing towards Brunette who had been watching the presentation with a recorder, “That’s Reed Richards! I heard that he and Victor Von Doom had been a part of the same Think Tank that built that.” he said towards her, making Clara give a blank look, “And they’re smart?” she asked of the McCoy, making them both give a look towards her.
“Smart doesn’t even begin to cover the pair of them! There’s actually a paper that Von Doom made about how sorcery can be mixed with technology to further advance society.” he said which made Clara confused, “Wait, so he’s saying that magic’s real and that it can be used like a pager?” she asked and hearing that, the Mutants were about to say more before there was a noise.
The Accelerator had started to whir, making Clara cover her ears in surprise now before she saw how excited the kids and the scientists were, making Clara decide to keep a smile on her face as she tried to keep herself from getting bore, “Uh, excuse me.” an asian american girl said towards her and Clara moved, “Sorry about that.” she told girl as she headed towards the accelerator.
The older woman had no real interest in the subject of science, History so that she could mock the inaccuracies, wellness for a good exercise, but science? Her daughter had the brain for it, not her, sighing, Clara watched it all, including the fact that a Spider had crawled onto it and seemed to be different now, the arachnid not seeming to care at all about what had happened.
It started to descend now towards that boy, Parker, making her start to move forward to try and stop it, but before she could get the creature, it landed now and bit into the neck of the boy, a simple slap had made it fall, right onto the ankle of that girl, worried and confused, she approached the two as Peter seemed to be getting weak now, almost falling until Clara helped him stand.
“Are you okay?” she asked of Peter who nodded towards that, “Y– Yeah.” he said towards her with a nervous smile, making the woman nod towards that, “Okay, should I help you to your teacher? Do you need a–” “Thank you.” Peter said to her, “But I’m okay.” he told her before going and walking away from her towards the rest of his class, seeing that he was still weak, but otherwise he seemed fine.
Clara sighed but headed back towards the other students that she came with, “Everything okay, Clara?” Henry asked the woman who nodded, “Yep, just an animal biting that boy.” The blonde explained to them, making the man nod now before they started to move away from there, unaware that there was something already happening to the boy that had left there.

Clara was walking with Jonah, the two of them enjoying their time together like usual, at least until the pair had seen how there was a shadow that swung above them, making Clara flinch when she saw that there was what looked to be a teen wearing a home stitched red and blue uniform, “What the Hell is that?!” Jonah asked, surprised that there was a kid doing that.
“I have no idea.” Clara said towards the man as they saw how there was a man he was running away from, “What does he think he’s doing? Swinging around like some menace, trying to attack that man!” Jonah snarled and hearing that Clara shook her head, “Okay, first, sensitive ears, remember?” she asked, making Jonah nod, “And second that man had a gun, so maybe he’s–”
Before she could say anything else, there was a scream now, making the two of them look with the others that were there before they saw that the man that ran in had been covered in some sort of web, making the woman curious now as the group started to look towards the sight with some confusion right about now, “I need to make a call.” she told the man while he headed over to the scene to do some reporting.
Clara went to a payphone and called Charles, “Clara, what’s wrong?” He asked of her, “I just saw a teen in Red and Blue swinging on a web and tying a man up in what looks like Spider–Silk.” she told him, “Can you do a quick search and see if the kid’s a Mutant?” she asked, “One second, Clara.” He told her, making the woman wait, watching as officers started to approach, getting the criminal down.
“No, there appears to be no Mutants but you in your area.” He said to her, “So either he’s super fast or not a Mutant.” She muttered towards that, taking a breath, “If he’s smart, he’ll try and learn, otherwise… I don’t think that we can do anything.” Clara said out loud, taking a breath before looking up and seeing the top of the city, not sure what was going to happen, but who know what’ll happen for them all.

Dc was coming into the building and as she did so, there was a noise which made her see that Shinobi Shaw was annoyed, making the woman confused, “What’s wrong?” she asked him, making Shinobi reveal a ticket from gambling, “A new Mutant, calls himself Spider–Man, lost a bet on him.” he told DC, making her confused, “Who the Hell calls themself ‘Spider–Man’?” she asked him.
He showed her an image of the man in question, revealing that he was wearing some ridiculous getup which made her confused, “Who the hell would wear something like that?” she asked and hearing that, the man shook his head, “He made a citizens arrest yesterday.” he said, making the woman curious about that before taking a breath, “Fine, so he’s a vigilante, so what?” she asked.
“The ‘So what’ about all of that is the fact that he’s going to be a problem now, like The White Tiger, enhanced individuals like him always get the hero bug.” he muttered, making the woman look at the images, “Huh, maybe.” DC said, but honestly, she thought that the kid was going to fade after he lost interest, for all she knew, Spider–Man was going to fade away before anyone could remember him.
