GOD there was a reddit thread talking about the extreme ways people were trying to save their true ending eternally so it could never be touched and reset and everybody would live on in their own digital universe
shit like copying the save to a flash drive and hiding it or locking it in an archive with an incomprehensible password
real talk its so interesting and cool that the undertale world and characters resonate so much to some that people go to such lengths to preserve their ‘existence.’ i just think thats so cool that the game does such an awesome job of making their existence seem real and important to you to the point where you refuse to replay the game
honestly, employing “refusal to play” as a satisfying game mechanic is–kind of magical. I mean, for real.

why is it so hard for able bodied people to believe that doctors are sometimes just incompetent? you realize doctors are people, right? people that can be bad at their job. that happens sometimes. they don’t know everything because there’s a piece of paper on their wall that says they’re smart, actually. they can sometimes be wrong, actually. they can sometimes cut corners and take the easy way out, actually. they can sometimes hate their job and make that their patients problem, actually. doctors aren’t all saints who do everything right the first time. please stop invalidating disabled people when they complain about their terrible treatment at the hands of medical professionals. please stop putting the feelings of doctors over the lives of their patients.
one of my mom’s favorite quotes is, “50 percent of all doctors graduated in the bottom half of their class.”
you can (and should) quibble about how much academic performance translates to actual competency & care in the medical field…. BUT. that quote has served me Countless Times when trying to explain medical malpractice to able-bodied people. which as OP says is an Exhausting endeavor bc people can be so defensive/sensitive/etc.
it’s a lighthearted enough quote that people don’t feel attacked, and it makes them stop and think for a second, and then they laugh and go, “…..oh my god!! that’s actually true!!”

Hello Wolfy! This just to show you how much we love you <3
Your artistic style is so distinct out of all the EPIC artists. Like you immediately clock that this is a Wolfy animatic. Your work is so beautiful and these people harassing artists have to be a special brand of idiot.
Any fandom runs on its artist, especially EPIC and Sfs who don't have any official stage play so we rely on fan animationa to understand the scenes. You were one of the first people to believe in these projects.
Please don't be discouraged by these people. They are not the fandom. They are not our people. We don't know them. Continue doing what you love and remember we will gladly accept and praise whatever you bless us with!
Now all together: "THANK YOU WOLFY WE LOVE SO VERY MUCH😍💓🌟❣️❤️💖💞🥳💕🌸🌟🎊🎉"
A lot of people in the EPIC fandom were being horrible to animators, especially to Anniflamma after her upload of The Challenge, along with people cruelly criticising Casper Fox’s Stories from Styx because they were expecting it to be like EPIC even though Casper had said many times that Sfs was it’s own independent creation. Many animators like Gigi and Mircsy are considering leaving the fandom entirely and well I’m just going around and appreciating artists ❤️
Ohh I see thank you. I guessed as much, the video showed up on my fyp a few days ago. Haha yeah the fandom’s been very difficult for a while now, it’s why I don’t tend to read TikTok comments when posting epic and why I haven’t been engaging with the community for a while now. And even then, I’ve gotten the better end of the stick in terms of fandom treatment. I have friends whose personal experiences with the fandom (not just on TikTok) are honestly sickening and it’s a really big shame. They create so much out of love for the musical and are met with constant comparisons (art is not a competition), vitriol, and lack of basic decency. For a community built on art (not just visual art btw! I’ve seen people terrible to songwriters and fansongs as well. The gall to discredit singers and songwriters while actively being a fan of a songwriter who publicly documented his own process and refining of his craft over the years is crazy), it’s really disappointing how artists are treated like machines to commodify
Me: What a nice day to carry my many shiny trinkets and coins!

poland currently wins the political absurdity level so let me give you a run down of our recent presidential debate(s) from 11th april 2025
- there are two main presidential election candidates who have realistic chances of winning: right wing Nawrocki (evil) and centrist Trzaskowski (lesser evil)
- Nawrocki challenges Trzaskowski to a debate
- Trzaskowski agrees and organises a debate in cooperation with multiple tv stations including public tv (yikes… is this even legal?) in a tiny town Końskie in bumfuck nowhere
- Nawrocki says that if his party is not included in the debate organisation then he is not going
- Nawrocki organises his own debate (alone? can there be a debate if you are alone?) in the same tiny town, 900m away from Trzaskowski’s debate’s studio, one hour before Trzaskowski’s debate
- one of the other many president candidates, Hołownia (the current parlament marshal), writes on social media that he’s gonna show up uninvited to the debate. what are the gonna do? not let him in? the marshal?
- other micro candidates say they gonna show up too
- and they do show up to Nawrocki’s debate
- organisers scramble to squeeze multiple candidates on the podium. cards for drawing lots look like regular a4 paper sheets
- left wing candidate Senyszyn shows up late and greets the extremely right wing crowd (remember, this is Nawrocki’s debate, so the crowd is his too. people who live in Końskie later said they’ve never seen these people before)
- Senyszyn acts mildly insane, like she knew beforehand what an absolute circus this is gonna be and she steals internet’s heart with her meme behaviour
- one of the lesser candidates who showed up says he’s gonna build 6 nuclear power plants in 6 months
- at some point Hołownia says they should all go to Trzaskowski’s debate. what are they gonna do? not let them in?
- there’s dangerously little police force
- the crowd of onlookers has a Moment and tries to storm the studio building, unsuccessfully, but it looked bad
- more candidates join: Trzaskowski (obviously. it’s his debate and he’s been waiting for Nawrocki to finally show up), left-wing Biejat, and…. some dude?
- one of the micro candidates asks this dude who he is and his answer is “just a little guy :)”
- it later turns out that he indeed is one of the micro micro candidates but like, it could’ve been just a random person, for all we knew in the moment
- there’s pretty much no introduction to the candidates. who are these people?
- Senyszyn continues to live in the moment. she draws (?) something in her notebook most of the time. she asks Nawrocki what he’s gonna do about priests convicted of pedophilia when he goes to the Vatican after he wins the election (what did she mean by this?)
- debate commentators eat popcorn from one bowl
- one of the candidates who didn’t show up tweets about jewish gollum
- at some point Nawrocki places polish flag in front of him and lgbt flag in front of Trzaskowski, as some kind of dumb bait
- Trzaskowski has a huge eyeroll moment and just puts the rainbow flag somewhere out of sight
- in a stroke of absolute pure genius, Biejat says she can take the rainbow flag from him because she’s not afraid to show support. let me remind you that Trzaskowski is the lesser evil, he’s the guy queer people were supposed to vote for in 2nd round and now Biejat made him look like an absolute fool
- and he already looked like a fool anyway, organising a possibly illegal debate
- if he organised this debate with private tv only it would be no problem. i mean, why invite only Nawrocki (can you imagine all the toxic yaoi memes) but at least it would be legal. but he mixed public tv in there. for all we know he could be the one writing debate questions. on public tv which is supposed to be impartial
- candidates who decided to not show up are furious. they made the seemingly correct choice but now it turns out they’ve missed out on The Defining Situation of the whole pre-election
- at some point one of the lesser candidates just flat out asked Trzaskowski why the hell he decided to do this debate and Trzaskowski began his answer with “this is a very good question”

A fight we can win together
Hello, Tumblr. It’s Casey and Bri, founders of Unvale. We’re reaching out to those who are as frustrated about generative AI as we are. Right now, it feels like we’re in a battle of technology against creatives. A battle of greed against humanity.
As the founders of Unvale, a creative platform that’s 100% AI-free, it has been disheartening to see the rise of AI online. Our team stands opposed to every AI tech company that is trying to remove creatives from the creative process. Big social platforms are already ingesting your content, your voice, and your likeness, building a model that will take opportunities away from real people. It’s disgusting, and it should be illegal. We have to push back.
The platform we are building is already home to over 200,000 aspiring artists, writers, and creatives looking to develop their stories and share their work. We believe that the future of creativity should remain human-made, and we want to give anyone passionate about an idea a shot at creating something spectacular. AI is the cheap, quick win. We know that building something meaningful takes time and effort, but it’s also immensely rewarding. Like creatives, we believe in the power of human creativity.Right now, Unvale could use your help. If you believe in our anti-AI message, please consider:
- Spreading our message. If you already love Unvale or just resonate with what we’re saying, please share our platform with others. We are a platform for humans, and we need humans to advocate for us, not bots.
- Joining our platform. It’s free to sign-up, and it’s a great site to slowly build your characters, your worlds, and your amazing stories in an AI-free space with big potential.
- Never stop creating. We need flawed, genuine, thoughtfully-crafted art in our world. It’s the only way we make new things. We need it to let the next generation know that creatives aren’t going anywhere.
We grew up spending most of our time in human-made, fantastical worlds, from Star Wars to D&D campaigns. We know how escaping into these worlds can literally save you. And we’re not going to let AI win without a fight.
This is a fight we can win together.

https://unvale.iocome to the website where you cant swear or draw anything involving the material reality of the human body. the fuck?? lmfao
they list ‘veteran status’ as a protected characteristic, you’re not allowed to LINK to songs with 'excessive cursing’ or that 'imply any sort of malicious harm’, and anything too scary is considered 'potential harrassment’ or 'fearmongering’ lmfao.
hi, the machines have more artistic integrity than you.
so not only is it hate speech to criticize soldiers (people whose job it is to kill other people) but you also aren’t even allowed to articulate what soldiers do (killing) because this will make people feel unsafe (the killers will have their feelings hurt)
You know what, I didn’t think I had that much to contribute to this conversation, but I followed the recommendation of someone in the reblogs to go scope out their linkedins, and something clicked for me.
First, from Bri, lmao at the Fandom jumpscare
Second, from Casey, I won’t subject you to the full job list, but here’s just a sample of the pure uncut Startup Bro energy, and a hilarious explanation for why weed is exempt from the drug ban.
But I noticed a Forbes article in their activity feeds. and was able to procrastinate on packing for my trip by opening that up. It’s not that exciting, but this quote from Casey caught my attention
This isn’t exactly surprising after seeing that job history, but I don’t think this man has any idea how creativity or creative energy works. Weird that he decided to start a site entirely oriented toward that–
Oh. Okay.
Right, so in fact, my current working theory is that they want to keep this site’s contents soooooo hilariously squeaky clean (derogatory) because they want to position themselves like wattpad, where they can serve as an intermediary between the ambitious creatives making art for free, and the (money-having) studios, publishing houses, etc. willing to invest in their work. We can’t have TOPLESS MEN in here, how are we supposed to serialize cartoons like that!! You’ll never have a national bestseller with all that indulgent grimdark oc torture!!
I’m drawing conjectures here, but honestly, I think they’re reasonable ones. I don’t trust someone who was the product operations lead for fandom to keep the best interests of their users at the forefront, and I don’t trust a startup bro to have his eye on anything but the possibility of Big Money. Fuck this, honestly. I’ve never cared for wattpad myself, but I respect it, at least compared to this. Cowards won’t even let you cuss properly or include block functionality. No ai for art and writing, but yes ai for their help desk, so you can ask for help determining whether your horror is too horrifying or your tiddies are too banging.

The worst thing you can do, as someone who has recently realised they are transfem, is to let terves and transphobes convince you cis women will never accept you.
I was told that when I came out everyone would reject me. That I would find myself isolated from the world, and from other women especially, who would react to me with horror and revulsion.
In reality, within the first months of coming out, in no particular order:
My sister’s reaction on my coming out was, “Right, so I have a sister instead of a brother. Cool. I’m taking you clothes shopping tomorrow.”
A friend, when she learned I am a woman, immediately invited me to her women-only, girls-night-out birthday party the following week.
Another friend, when a friend of hers expressed doubts about my gender, immediately shut them down and reaffirmed I am a woman.
I went camping with a group of friends, and we had two tents, one for the boys and one for the girls; I was unsure as to which I should enter, to which a girl friend responded by grabbing me and physically dragging me inside the women’s tent.
In the women’s bathroom at a movie theatre a random woman, whom I’d never seen before and haven’t seen since, stopped me as I was going into a stall, to warn me there was no toilet paper in there, because she’d just used the last of it.
All of these, and more, some from friends, some from complete strangers. All within a few months, as a trans woman who hadn’t started medical transition yet, and was very visible as being a trans woman.
I’ve had some people reject me, true, but the vast majority, including almost all cis women, accepted me as a sister with open arms.
Cis women are cool. It’s terves who are bigots.
I needed to see this today
