Hey gang! River Babble here! [Insert obligatory “Im not dead” reassurance.] Some quick updates for yall who are still hanging around (thanks you’re awesome!):
- Yes, I do plan to continue IANAA someday (AND DO ALL THE PATREON CAMEOS IM SO SORRY FOR THE WAIT YOU GUYS) No, I still don’t have that day nailed down, although I have slowly started finding excuses to draw Sales and the gang again, which is a step in the right direction!
- My cat Shuri is COMPLETELY healed AND all her fur grew back on the shave site!
- I have an editing job and a HOUSE now! Which I am currently not staying in because freakin MOLD likely caused by a leak in the basement gave me a rash and I had to flee until I can get the issue fixed. (I am fine! My parents lent me a guest room and I have medicine! And I work from a laptop, so that’s easy to accomodate.)
- On those notes, because I’m in the mood to draw MLP and because it’s a nice way to recoup a little of the bills related to the annoying mold issue, I am currently open for commissions! Just character sketches or inked lineart right now, as I don’t have the bandwidth to color on my laptop or do backgrounds. I offered on my Discord first, but I wanted to share it here, too, in case anyone else wanted a shot at a slot. :) PM me if interested!
- Pricing: $10 for sketches, $20 for inked, $5-$10 extra for props or fancy outfits, depending on complexity. A second character in the same scene gets a $5 discount, so long as they are interacting.

Inspired by my Wasteland Timeline where Salespitch’s dad Sales Patter broke his horn, @reversal-mushroom wanted to see what Sales Patter would look like in Tempest’s role and Storm King armor. I must say this was fun to draw and I rather think he pulls it off. :D
