I have included several options that might be helpful for people who are dealing with knee issues (labeled as less intense options). This one may be up there as the best one so far (although there’s others I’ve shared and love to use too). With the set up you just have to find the right height for the placement of the barbell. The other part is “breathing air into the stretch.” Every time I exhale through the mouth then inhale air into the stretched position. Once I exhale again I try to go deeper into the stretch.
