1) LOW BACK PAIN | 3 EXERCISES 

If you’re experiencing lower back pain, you should consider doing these 3 exercises:

1. The first exercise focuses on improving hip mobility, and lower back strength.

2. The second exercise strengthens our hip flexors.

3. The third exercise focuses on improving core stability.

3) UPPER BACK PAIN 

I’ve noticed that many people who sit for extended periods suffer from upper and middle back stiffness and pain. The first thing I’d recommend is improving thoracic spine mobility. Try these three movements to enhance spine mobility and alleviate upper back pain and stiffness.
