We bought a new house in July. Our floors were painted with a buttery color yellow. They were not in good condition to begin with and the estimates to replace them were close to $2k for our dining room/living room combination. I decided to take matters into my own hands and find an easier, more cost effective solution. The floors were painted, but I really didn’t want to repaint them.
