Chicken: 

• 2 chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
Mix till well combined
Cook on medium high heat, 4 mins each side till golden brown then set aside 

Egg fried rice: 

• 1 cup mixed veg (i used frozen peas, carrots, sweetcorn, green beans)
Cook till defrosted
• 1/2 chopped onion
Cook till brown
• 2 whole eggs + egg whites if needed
• 200g cooked white rice (use more if needed
• 1 tbsp soy sauce 

Give it a final mix and serve!
