Feeling excluded when everyone gets a hello except you? It's normal to feel puzzled and disappointed. Greetings are small acts that acknowledge others, letting them know they matter. So, being left out can leave you questioning your place in the group.

Feeling left out is the worst, especially when it's not expected. There are many ways to handle this, but it all comes through understanding.
