If you've been to my house over the past year, chances are I've given you this to try. It's probably my most made pudding... I don't think of myself as a syrupy filo loving girl but I adore this recipe. It's comforting. Therapeutic to make. And it's best made ahead of time - my favourite kind of dessert. Also, if you're nervous working with filo pastry, then this is a great recipe to start with as it is incredibly forgiving. In fact the more creases and cracks the better. It loves an imperfection (the only way 🤍). Hands up who's made it?
