It’s packed with protein and kept me full for so long!   HOW TO MAKE!  Takes about 5 minutes 👏🏼 🥞1/3 mashed banana  🥞1/4 cup of your favorite pancake mix! I used @bellybrandfoods ! 🥞1 egg  🥞1 scoop vanilla protein powder! Foodporn - Recipes Daily on Instagram: "2 MINUTE BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE 🫐🥧

Ingredients: 
- 1 cup blueberries (I used frozen)
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup oats 
- 1 serving @promix vanilla whey protein powder 
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
- 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 
- pinch of salt 
- 1-2 tbsp water 

How to: 
- Add the blueberries, cornstarch and lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl and stir together 
- Microwave for 1 minute
- In a second bowl combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, honey and salt. Add a splash of water at a time until you have a crumble texture. 
- Add on top of the blueberries then microwave for 1 more minute. 
- I like to add a tbsp of greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Enjoy!

Makes 1 serving: 359 cals, 30g protein, 54g carb, 4g fat
