Matilda’s Chocolate Cake is a decadent and fudgy chocolate cake layered with the most incredibly delicious chocolate frosting. Despite it’s truly impressive, bakery worthy appearance, this moist chocolate cake is super simple to make with just two bowls and a whisk. Rafia Mazhar | Easy Recipes | Home Chef on Instagram: "Matilda Cake Recipe ⤵️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Chocolate Sponge 🍫⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Cocoa powder 110 g Flour 220 g Sugar 400 g 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp baking soda  1 tsp salt 2 eggs 100 g oil 90 g sour cream 250 g buttermilk 1 tsp vanilla 250 g hot coffee ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • Preheat the oven to 180°C • Grease and line three 7 inch round pans •In a bowl mix the cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt • Mix with a beater on low speed and add the egg, oil, sour cream, buttermilk and vanilla.
