It may also help move things along as far as starting labor as your baby is guided into the right position, putting pressure on your cervix. It’s also a great tool if you are in labor and finding things are stalled! We all know that baby comes when they are ready and when your body is feeling ready too but, if you’re like me and you’re being pushed for medical induction you can try this to encourage a spontaneous labor.

The miles circuit is a popular method in the later weeks of pregnancy, around 37+ weeks to help get your baby into a better position (ideally LOA) for birth. I did this to turn my transverse/posterior baby and it moved him into perfect position for birth.

You can also use this during labor if you are experiencing a stop/start pattern or things are slowing down.

Also, if you’re experiencing back labor you can try this to relieve pressure off your low back.
