Festive Higher in Protein Hot Chocolate Cups 10 oz no sugar added chocolate chips 1 tsp organic refined coconut oil 1/2 cup vegan mini marshmallows 1 cup @truvani plant based chocolate protein powder 1/4 cup organic cacao powder 1 tsp cinnamon Festive sprinkles of choice Candy canes Instructions: 1. Melt your chocolate chips with coconut oil 2. Pour melted chocolate into silicone cup molds. Swirl around and pour excess chocolate back in bowl. It comes with a scraper so you can actually pour chocolate all over the top, scrape off the excess, tap to remove air bubbles and refrigerate or freeze to set. They pop out really easily from the mold as well. You can use them to dress up any mini muffins in a pinch like I did with these @favoritedaytreats mini gingerbread muffins from @target They would have been even cuter with candy cane handles!
