It involves concertina folding a piece of double-sided paper to form a pretty decoration that brings to mind pleated curtains. 1. Last year I scored a big pack of this pretty double sided dsp (Soho Garden by American Crafts) at Tuesday Morning for a great price, so I paired it with some Midnight Muse and white cardstock.
