Traffic light management tool. All students start on green at the start of the day. They can move to yellow/orange if they need to 'stop and think about their choices' and to red if they continue to make bad choices. Red usually comes with a bad consequence such as loss of play time. Students can move back to green if behaviour improves. Whole class reward usually follows if students stay on green (entry into class raffle etc). Behavior chart Start the day on green. Acting up they move down to yellow, if they do as they are told they move back up to green. If they keep doing something naughty they move to red. I usually have them clean up the toy room or help around the house they also have to apologize to earn back the green spot. If they end the day on green they get a small reward like a sticker.
